You're impossible to get hold of, and your website directs me to email. Your auto reply states email queries aren't responded to. This directs me to a form to complete, but this is 'unavailable'. Making it difficult to contact the practice shouldn't be scored as being more responsive to those that do manage? Sunday 7 June 2026
The new system at Moorland Medical Centre makes things harder for patients and causes unnecessary delays. I have waited a week so far just to get an appointment date confirmed and still nothing heard on an actual date. It was much better before. I hope the issues seen are just teething issues as the practice across the road which uses the same system have got the process nailed and are very responsive to patients. Really poor - I hope things improve and the process/management within the practice improves. Tuesday 2 June 2026
The new appointment system does not work, it presumes that matters are either urgent or mundane, it does not cater for anything else Wednesday 20 May 2026
Because I wasn't treated and told to contact pain clinic only to be told to contact my GP how hard is it for someone help instead get put on meds I don't need and now I can't take anti inflammatory painkillers Tuesday 28 April 2026
