Vacancy for Full Time Practice Manager

We are looking for a committed Practice Manager to join our practice in the market town of Leek.

Moorland Medical Centre is a 4 Partner Practice in Leek, North Staffordshire.  We have approximately 9000 patients, with a full clinical and administrative team and managerial support.  We are high QOF achievers and established training practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a stable, reliable team and ensure the efficient running of a well-respected surgery.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall running of the practice and have the following:

Good leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and communicate well

Financial experience in accounts, payroll and contracts

Previous NHS experience desirable, however not a necessity

Strategic, personnel and organisational management skills

Ability to work flexibly with own initiative and with a strong focus on teamwork.

Knowledge of QOF, CQC and Enhanced Services

Salary competitive depending on experience
