Patient Notice: Reduced service for staff training on Thursday 5th February at 1.00pm

From 1.00pm on Thursday 5th February PHL (Totally) will provide telephone cover for our Practice until 6.00pm.  If you telephone the Practice you will be redirected to this service.  The phone number for this service is 0300 123 5491.

For non-urgent queries please call into the Moorland Medical Centre where the receptionist will help you before 6.30pm or contact us online by submitting a form, link can be found on our home page.
