Accessible Side Entrance and walk way to the main building will be out of use from Monday 28th April 2025 due to building works

Please note that the Accessible side entrance and the walk way at the side of the building at Moorland Medical Centre will be out of use from Monday 28th April 2025.  Patients will be required to use the front door only, which has a ramp but there are 2 steps to access the ramp.  Any patients who have accessibility issues and a pre-booked appointment next week will be contacted and offered alternative options to accessing the surgery and also the reception team will speak to patients when they book an appointment for next week.
